Krehalon was awarded a Silver & Greenstar Sustainability Award at the 59th annual Starpack Packaging Industry Innovation Awards as a recognition for company’s success in developing a single-polymer mince pack for the Co-op, in collaboration with Dunbia.

The red carpet event took place at the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, London, on Thursday 22 February and celebrated industry professionals, packaging manufacturers, designers and brand owners, who continue to push the limits of technical expertise and innovation in packaging.

Krehalon lifted two awards for their mono-material pack which offers superior environmental benefits without compromising seal strength, food safety, pack integrity and product shelf life:
